Studying abroad can be challenging.聽We work very closely with the University's International Student Office聽to support our overseas students and make sure they have a great experience studying at 汤头条原创.

Arrival information

Entering the UK

If you are not a UK or Irish national聽you will聽need to apply for a and for certain subjects an too.

Once your visa and ATAS applications have been approved, you'll be issued with聽an entry permit allowing you to travel to the UK.聽

If appropriate to you, you will then you'll need to pick up your聽visa,聽in the form of a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP),聽when you get to Cambridge. EEA and Swiss nationals will be issued a digital immigration status in place of a BRP card.

The University is required to keep copies of your up-to-date immigration documents on your student record. As such, you will be asked to bring in to the Tutorial Department the appropriate documents for you at the beginning of your course for checking and scanning. If you renew or change these documents during your course, you will also need to bring in the new documents for checking and scanning.

Immigration health surcharge

To access the National Health Service聽(NHS)聽free of charge while you're in the UK, you need聽to pay an with your聽visa application.
